I believe God has graciously gifted me with the ability to write for His kingdom, to put the knowledge and understanding He gives me on paper, or in this case, online. Above all, He has asked me to do this, so I must.
First and foremost, I believe that God sent His one and only Son, Jesus (who is God as a man), to die for our sins and pay the price that justice demands, death. I believe in the three persons of God, which includes the loving and intimate Holy Spirit: who is also a person, no less of a person than Jesus or the Father.
God wrestled with me in my unbelief and remained patient with me. He chose me long before my birth and I didn't begin to know this until a seed was planted in me when I was eight years old. Surely God has remained patient along the way, even when I found myself in a valley similar to the one before I was saved, the pit of depression. Thankfully, God used this shadowed valley to lead me even more into His marvelous light.
I believe in divine appointments, and that the Spirit brings two persons together for His will to be done. Being said, He has provided a pathway of a few close people to my life I can connect with and have deep spiritual conversation, some of which have been mentors, brothers and sisters in the large family of Christ. Currently, I attend the church of Eleven22 and attend disciple groups within. These connections have brought me in communion with others, taught me about bearing one another's burdens, and most importantly -- brought me into a deeper spiritual journey with God.
To preach the Gospel, the whole Gospel; not to neglect any part of the Bible or share what people want to hear and avoid opposition. No, to preach the gospel is to preach as the Son did, as the Spirit leads us to (whatever He puts on my heart to write), and as the Father commands.
